While attending a prophetic conference in Florida, we were told to break up into small groups of 5 people. We were to silently pray for each person in the group, and then share what we felt the Holy Spirit was saying. While we were all silently praying for one of the women (all the people were strangers to each other), I heard nothing. Sometimes God speaks in images, but all I could see was a toilet! I couldn’t imagine it was from God. So I pressed further into prayer, but that’s all I could see.

When it came time to share, I was certainly reluctant. However, I prayed that if it was the Holy Spirit, He would give me a holy boldness to share. When I asked the woman if a toilet had any meaning for her, I was shocked to see her burst into tears! As it turned out, her mother was in a nursing home, and had been having severe diarrhea and vomiting. She had been spending a great deal of time in the bathroom. Her daughter was very worried about her. She now felt greatly reassured that God was well aware of her situation, as we prayed for her and her mother. God is good, and He speaks today!
